Blue Weber Agave

Our agave piñas are slow roasted in traditional brick ovens for over forty hours while others only steam them for seven hours.

Slow Roasted

Our unique flavor is the result of utilizing a proprietary yeast and an 80-hour, extra-slow, fermentation process compared to the industry average of 48 hours. It is then filtered and aged in premium American white oak barrels, for up to four months, before the final filtration and bottling to ensure smoothness.
